Our primary concern is to support our employees, both men and women. This is why we offer all our people and their family members access to special counselling.

We provide these counselling services in partnership with the Hellas Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

Since January 2021, we offer all our people at doValue the opportunity to talk to special counsellors.

Counselling is a long-standing support tool that can help with:
 

  • Managing emotionally intense and stressful situations. 
  • Defusing and offering guidance for various everyday challenges.
     

Helpline 24/7

Special counsellors of the Hellas EAP Helpline answer your calls 24/7.

They offer guidance and support on any personal, family or business issue. They help both men and women to:
 

  • Better manage their stress, which may have intensified in the new reality created by the COVID-19 pandemic.
  • Deal with negative thoughts or unpleasant feelings.
  • Adopt self-care techniques to strengthen their defence mechanisms, shielding themselves against emotional pressure and stress.
     

Confidentiality

The counselling services received through the Helpline are subject to confidentiality and privacy requirements.

Every contact between the person seeking counselling and the counsellor is private and confidential.
